The Artist is a lovely and poetic homage to the cinema and the golden age of Hollywood silent era. Among the best in the the year of release. Top notch and simply masterful.

A stunning film that deviates from the usual good-versus-evil cliche, showing something we never imagined. Truly a masterpiece, still applicable to this day. And undeniably the most important neo-realist film after Rossellini's Open City.

Prisoners is nearly a mighty, flawless movie, one of those that remind you why you like watching movies in the first place, loved it.
