your typical alien abduction movie but replace aliens for monsters that live in a tunnel. Their "powers" and motivation is never explained and is annoyingly inconsistent throughout the film. The premise given in the first act is really good but sadly it only goes downhill from there. There are a bunch of sub plots that just drag the movie instead of supporting the topic. (Like the mother losing the baby and the love interest between the sheriff's daughter and Ben). Nothing is explained, every door the movie opened had no closure. Even though the story just makes no sense at all, it was an entertaining movie to watch and the acting was really good. This would be a better 30min X-Files episode than a movie but well... 4/10

Was alright. The movie is slow but it never feels like it drags. There is just one complain, the mother death was ridiculous and unnecessary. She had the torch!! they could've easily walk out of there. The movie wasn't anything new, but was just average. 4/10

Typical horror film: extremely bad decisions, "we should separate to cover more ground" scooby doo type, the acting is horrible and the script is worse. there is no arch to the characters so you don't really care, they are all one dimensional and emotionless but when they do have emotions is completely unrelatable. SPOLERS: I was drawn to the movie because of the name Gehenna, which is the city the sinners go to pay their dues in the bible. The movie had nothing to do with the bible and the curse was supposed to be about a native curse, and the premise of the curse is extremely dumb. Bad and boring movie: 1/10.
