This very family-friendly film has everything for everyone.
From comedy/action to fantastic acting and thought-provoking subject matter; it's a masterpiece of storytelling/cinema and it's told thru a story with a CGI talking bear.
I use to love the old stop-motion Paddington Bear television series as a kid and completely dismissed these two films for fear that they'd ruin something special for me, but after hearing multiple sources saying how good these films are I had to see for myself and I'm so very glad I did.
Highly recommended viewing for anyone and my only disappointment from this film is that I don't think Bill Watterson would give the brilliant creators/writers of this amazing series the opportunity to bring Calvin and Hobbes to the big screen (I'd love to see what they could do with it).
Mr. Rogers Neighborhood, The Great British Bake-Off, and the Paddington movie series (especially Paddington 2) all occupy a very small section of an entertainment that should basically be required viewing to everyone. This kind of content not only reaffirms that not everyone/everything is bad in this world and can lift your spirits on the worst days, but are basic guides to teaching teaching us how treating each other with dignity and respect can make our world so much better for all of us.
