This movie is underdeveloped. There were a lot of forgettable characters, the time skips were hardly noticeable (from 14 to 16 there was literally NO CHANGE with her appearance. We had to figure out she was 16 from her mother in the scene where she met Cross.), The plot of the movie didn't fall through as planned, and It felt all over the place. I understand that this movie is reflecting the life of Roxanne, but watching this movie has left me with many questions that have remained unanswered. The potential was there, but the execution was poor.
