Solid gameplay, unfortunate use of microtransactions and not super transparent about the lootbox drop rates. Likely rigged to drop better loot when you haven't played in a while to entice you into buying. Also Blizzard is a hard company to love these days with their unfortunate capitulation to sketchy business practices in regards to China, and censorship. Despite those issues the game itself is fun, great character design and well supported and balanced competitive gameplay.
