Interesting reading the comments especially "why did it take so long to know why the murderer was called that". For me, I knew very quickly why he was so named. I think the answer to this book is your own life. If you have had a life that was complicated and "not normal" this book resonates with you. If you have had a normal life then the way this book is written is probably confusing. For us, that had a confusing life, the book is written just how life was for us. I loved it, I laughed and I cried but most importantly I thought it was well written and well constructed. Hats off to you.

A great read, thoroughly recommend. Uplifting and a very moral story. I loved reading it and finished in a day - it was a great read
