just because they improved the car sounds, doesn’t mean the game is now amazing. the amount of bugs and glitches i’ve encountered is tremendous, half the textures don’t load despite being on ultra graphics on a very high end pc (RTX 3070, Intel Core I9, etc etc…), randomly losing incredibly high skill chains, and nevermind the terrible servers that they provide. it’s been almost 2 months since the release yet me and my friends cannot reliably play together, due to the fact that after a solid minute, half of the players will randomly disappear, and after a few more minutes, one of us would disconnect. most of the accolade things are boring and repetitive, every single one of them consisted of me getting from point a to point b under a specific time, or reaching a certain amount of skill points. but my main point right now are the bugs. i lost a 2.5m skill chain the other day for no apparent reason, i didn’t hit anything, nothing hit me, i was just drifting on the most open bit of road in the game, and suddenly the chain just disappeared. not to mention the sheer amount other bugs that are present in the game. with all due respect, forza horizon 5 is just a repeat of forza horizon 4 with better graphics and a different location. i will cut the developers some slack however, as this game did entertain me for at least a week before i started to lose interest.
