Thursday, 7 February 2019 Generally speaking, I like "The Favorite". It’s not everyone’s type of a movie to watch because it has a very kind of noir comedy. In this film the whole story focuses on Anne, the Queen of England, Scotland and Ireland between 8 March 1702 and 1 May 1707, and her weak and frail personality, in terms of her health, mentality and character and also her same-sex lovers. This is a cynical comedy of royal manners directed by Yorgos Lanthimos with weird lenses and startling angles that displays an aggressive sense of the absurd. After watching “The Favorite” you will ask yourself that either love is a synonym for domination, or maybe for submission?

Wednesday, January 30, 2019 "Bohemian Rhapsody", the song by Queen gets into your head whether you like it or not and stays there forever. This song, itself, is a masterpiece. “Bohemian Rhapsody,” the movie about Queen, like most musical biopics focuses on Mercury’s thrilling rise and partial fall. It seems that the life of Farrokh Bulsara, who changed his name to Freddie Mercury, is depicted a bit monotone because the scenario lacks a plan of keeping the audience guessing. Although the film is based on true events, Rami Malek who stars as Freddie Mercury, gives his role a brand new dimension. In my opinion the movie Bohemian Rhapsody deserves watching.

Tuesday, January 29, 2019 From my point of view, I give the most credit to Jackson, played by Bradly Cooper. In general, the film is captivating because, we see excellent performances specially from Bradly Cooper. He makes the audience stick to his character. Even after he’s gone, the viewer feels his presence. Bradly Cooper skillfully focuses on nuances like his Arizonian accent, or the way an alcoholic stumble. “A Star Is Born” believes in the power of a song to connect with its listener in a way that can change their lives.
