This is classic star wars. I like Picard, and even Discovery (when you overlook some bad writing). Strange New Worlds goes back to the original formula.

I honestly believe that Dune (2021) overshadows the original movie and does the subject matter justice. I highly recommend seeing this at least once in a movie theater.

Episode 1 is a bit stiff. Episodes 2+ the cast starts to become comfortable and the jokes improve greatly. I highly recommend it.
