Someone like me who's into everything dark be it thoughts clothes music or movies, Aamis was the darkest delight. First it takes you with the lucid conventional flow of cinema then it takes you for a spin. The character Nirali Saikia couldn't have been more natural, she just sucks you in. With a film like Aamis the standard of 'Assamese' cinema has been vehemently lifted. An appeal to the director Bhaskar Hazarika- looking forward to something even darker.
