Overall a very disappointing movie. While I am a supporter of the Fatima message, the center of the message was completely left out, namely Our Lady's request that Russia be consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the pope in union with all the bishops. Also, many events in the movie were grossly misrepresented. To give just a few examples, the crowd was still wet even after the miracle of the sun though they were supposed to be dry and Francisco supposedly still couldn't hear the Virgin Mary even on the day of the miracle. These and other blatant innacuracies give one the impression that there was a deliberate attempt to sow doubt on the authenticity of the Fatima message. If true, this would be quite shameful and reprehensible. In addition, the quality of the music along with the acting were third-rate. The portrayal of the Virgin Mary also completely lacked any sense of the sacred whatsoever. There was a recent movie that came out in 2009 titled "The 13th Day," which was overall a much better portrayal of the series of events that took place at Fatima. I would highly recommend that everyone check out this movie and not waste their time and money on this poorly made film.
