I have to say, great job. Of course as always, not as good as the book. But for you book haters, the movie was great totally recommended. Jennifer Lawrence was kind of random but she portrayed Katniss perfectly. I loved her. She had the perfect idea of what was happening with Katniss and all that. She looked amazing, casual, but of course not too causal. This dystopian world is of course a sad one but so action filled and awesome. Suspense on each page. Josh Hutcherson was also great, he did a awesome Peeta. When I was reading the book I had no idea how to picture Peeta in my mind I new he was blonde and had blue eyes but then came in face and body, I just had no idea, but Josh was perfect for that role and he did a great job portraying Peeta as well. There were of course as always some changes from book to movie. It was still kind of upsetting but I got past it. Effie was absolutely perfect 110% she looked perfect and acted perfect, the annoying never shuts up, escort. Haymitch was pretty cool himself. It was kind of ironic because when I was reading the book I knew it said Peeta had blonde hair but I refused it and gave him black hair in my mind, and same as Haymitch. So when I saw Peeta with blonde hair I said “oh great let me guess Haymitch has blonde hair too” as a joke and then he seriously did. I did really like Haymitch but he wasn’t my favorite. Since Prim wasn’t around a lot there isn’t much to say but I liked her. I imaged her looking younger though. Overall I really like The Hunger Games movies HIGHLY recommended but before you watch them READ THE BOOK

To start, the books are amazing, sad, love story novels and I had so much fun reading them. The movie however was not so great. They did a not so good job on the directing and acting and to top it off it barley followed the books. The only way I could really like the movie was if I watched it before I read the books. If you like dystopian love stories then I highly recommend the books, and then watch the movie. I personally did not really enjoy the movie that much. It was still a fun dystopia thing and it’s a fun story, I just wish they followed the book better and directed better and got better actors
