I don't know why people are hating on this game. I personally loved it, not as much as the 1st one, but definitely enjoyed and loved the story and the gameplay. (SPOILER) I hated the 1st 2 hours of the game because it was such an early exit for our hero Joel. I also got upset, but as i played on, i realized that there was a deeper meaning.. i began to understand abby's side. Most of the gamers hated playing as Abby, but for myself, i enjoyed it more than playing Ellie. I fell in love with Abby's character, i felt her pain, i felt her willingness to do good, but circumstances never allowed her to. She will always be viewed as the "bad guy" Ellie, on the other hand wanted revenge but in the end realized that she could be the bigger person, and just forget everything and forgive. The last of us 2 definitely was worth the wait for me man. One of the best games i've played..

I bought the NBA 2k23 on Steam on sale because I read a lot of negative comments on this game. I have to agree with most of them because the game does not offer anything new. It seems like 2k only recycled last years game and rebranded it to 2k23. I was disappointed as well because us PC users were only given the current gen version of the game which surprised me because most of the PC builds that are out there can surely take on the new gen version of this game. I was originally going to give it a 1 star rating however, fast forward 2 months later, I was able to get myself a PS5 after months and months of looking. NBA 2k23 was bundled with the unit and to my surprise, the PS5 version has so much content! I like the mycareer because it makes you explore a big city rather that a boat on current gen. It is immersive, and I often find myself forgetting that I am playing a basketball game. I like completing quests, and the story line is deep as well. I only just started playing it on next gen, I haven't gotten shoe endorsements yet, however I find it very enjoyable to play. My advise is to get this game on sale, don't buy it full price. For current gen I suggest you skip it, unless you want to play the Jordan Challenge which is both available on current and next gen versions. Overall, it's an okay game for 1st time players on nextgen.

A lot of interactions are missing in MyCareer. Sponsorships no longer have cut scenes but emails that will show on your screen when you reach a deal. The HS and College chapters were great and full of cut scenes, however, after the draft, it will no longer be available. Ernie, and Shaq are absent from the game, Kenny will come on board as a guest panel during one of the games. Shot meter is really so hard to master. The neighborhood is actually nice though i haven't fully explored. TBH it's a very expensive patch to 2k20. I only bought the game because of Kobe's Mamba Forever edition. You will get tons of freebies.. 100k vc really helped My Player's progress in the beginning. I was an 85 rating player even b4 I stepped on an NBA court. The mamba edition also includes a digital copy of 2k21 on the PS5 which I guess is something to look forward to. Overall, if you did not buy the mamba edition, pass on this game.
