Crawl works on the simplest level by bringing you along a quick, tense, sometimes scary ride involving alligators, flooding and gore. Barry Pepper is miserable the entire movie and wish he could catch a break. Excellent performances and no-nonsense gator kills makes this worthy of a look. Make some popcorn, make it a double feature with Lake Placid.
