One of the best Albums in the history of rap and maybe eve music as a whole, the power of Kendrick's critique of black people's oppression, culture and his own experiences, masterfully blended into the narrative of him being constantly tempted into sin by the evils of 'Lucy', in reference to Lucifer or the Devil, crafts a somber and very real message to modern cultural trends of not only black culture, but most of western society, as to almost falling on deaf ears by the majority. Truly a modern great.
