I was excited to watch this movie, but in all honesty, it was really boring. They keep releasing the same movie over and over again. The members come off as uninteresting and bland. It makes me think that a non-fan watching this movie must be wondering why they are so popular. Every time they speak, they say the same thing over and over in a million different ways. It feels like you are being lectured to constantly about loving yourself and yada yada yada. When V mentioned they get sad and depressed all the time, I about spit out my drink. It seemed calculated to get people to feel sorry for them. Everyone in the audience reacts to everything they say as if they were infants! I kept hearing awwww and poor baby. I think this is how they get people to buy multiple copies of their songs. "Look at how sad we are despite our rich lifestyle, so please show us support by buying more of our stuff to make us feel better" - lol! I came away feeling I paid a lot of money for a movie that was obviously put together with no effort just to get more money out of the Army who will buy anything at this point. I realize that after leaving the theater, Bighit could release a movie with cardboard cutouts of them saying in robotic voices - "Love Yourself! Purple you! Everything we do is for Army!" and people would gladly hand over their wallets. I feel really sad if this continues - Bighit is sucking out what made BTS interesting in the first place.
