The show has a slow start and builds a lot of back story for the main characters, which I really enjoy. This gives a unique perspective from a wide range of humans with various backround. Shows/movies that it reminds me of are Lord of the Rings and Sense8. What I would like to see: - Apple giving the writers the time to create a story over 3-4 season similar to Breaking Bad. -More interactions with the aliens. That answers questions about their intuitions. Are they all evil, good, or a mix. Pro: leaving you with a sense of mystery and questions. Intersting: Action seasons in the first couple of episode are not typical.
