2 stars is a very fair rating for this movie, the acting was good and the scenes were “entertaining” enough for me to watch the whole film. Tension build up is well done but with little to no outcome worthy of all the tension that was built. The story was written in an interesting manor that makes the story a little hard to follow as timelines are clearly jumbled throughout but thats not explained very clearly. Overall it was an okay watch.

Excuse me let me wipe my tears an snotty nose while I write this review 10/10 if there were 10 stars I would give it to this movie. Beautiful movie from start to finish , I’m not sure what to say , this movie had me crying , laughing , cheering , and booing all at the right times . Obviously the cast was phenomenal, but the story itself.. damn. I think we’ve all had and lost fur babies we wish we could get back, it’s such a beautiful journey to own a pet that you truly connect with and this movie portrays that wonderfully. Great movie.

I was surprised to see this movie had such little ratings! Robert Downey Jr did a phenomenal job acting (per- usual) as well as the rest of the cast! It was a charming movie with a few touching moments sprinkled in with humor that worked for me. Clearly it didn’t work for everyone but I’ve become quite fond of this film! CGI was very good , as to be expected from a film of this magnitude. Overall the story was simple but endearing and the whole movie was well done.

This movie was profoundly sad as well as charming in a surprising way! The whole cast was phenomenal, each individual gave strong performances that had me either laughing or crying throughout. Special mention to Florence Pugh who continuously amazes me with her depth as an actress , I’ve become quite the fan of her. As for the story itself , it’s incredibly moving and powerful with an ending that leaves you wondering what happened next, ultimately letting you make that decision. Definitely a movie worth watching!

I have never been to a movie theater where at the end of the movie everyone claps and cheers! It was the most unreal moment ever , especially for a movie about a video game! The movie itself was very good, the voice actors are all lovable and did a great job! I was very happy to see the cast that was chosen as I’m a fan of them all. The movie had a lot of cheeky humor that didn’t come across as cringy and it didn’t fall flat, it was genuinely funny! The story was masterfully crafted , it was a fun mixture of story and references to the game we all know and love. They did such a great job intertwining moments from the game to where it didn’t feel forced or out of place. Overall I think this movie is worth the watch. Everyone in the theater loved it enough to cheer during the credits so that should speak volumes!!

I absolutely adored this world that was created in the first film so I was beyond eager for a second movie , the sequel did not disappoint. I’ve heard a few negative reviews but I refuse to pay them much attention as this movie deserves its credit . It’s such a beautiful important movie that holds important meanings in between the scenes and writing , the world that was created along with the creatures is nothing short of brilliant and beautiful. I find myself craving to understand this world and these beings , they seem to live their lives so connected with nature and spirituality that this whole universe comes across as very appetizing to most . The comedy bits in this movie in particular were done so well and it added a surprising layer to the already magnificent watch. I can’t get enough of these movies and I can’t wait for the 3rd . These are movies im comfortable with having 7 or 10 films . Maybe even a show? Whatever this franchise has in store for the future im in full support and I’ll be eagerly waiting .

I have a soft spot for Dylan O’Brien as an actor so this review may be a little bias but in all honesty this movie was entertaining , it gave an original idea to a apocalyptic world that I haven’t seen done quite like this before . The acting from all characters was decent especially Dylan’s performance and the story itself was goofy and comedic as I’m sure it was intended to be but that was refreshing in comparison to most apocalypse movies . I think there were a few cheesy moments that made it feel more like a kids movie but the overall theme of the film isn’t too kiddy to turn me off from this movie entirely. I was happy I watched it and I would possibly watch it once more in the future . My overall view is this movie was above average , not perfect but definitely worth the watch .

I think this movie in my personal opinion reigns supreme above most zombie movies , the ideas behind this movie is so diverse and unique in comparison. The zombies are fast where in pop culture most tend to be slow , thus raising the danger and the overall fear that these creatures bring to the table . This movie shows the government/scientific side of a zombie apocalypse where most zombie themed movies follow a small group of survivors and it’s always heavily implied the government is gone and no longer exists , but this movie provides the opposite , the government isn’t only actively fighting to find a solution but they actually do end up finding one. The idea that this virus only seeks out a healthy host is brilliant , these creatures refuse to target the terminally ill which brings such an original concept to the table . Most zombie movies are fun but imaginative where this one feels like it could be a reality one day given the right circumstances. Overall I will always highly rate this movie above most zombie themed shows and movies for its refreshing originality . It’s satisfying to see such a unique concept come to life in a seemingly overdone genre .
