The stakes are so high everything else in the franchise seems insignificant. At the same time, the stakes don't matter because every other scene introduces a new deus ex machina. JJ Abrams suffocated this movie with a trilogy's worth of plot. Also, everything from the climax to the credits is atrocious. A depressing end to the saga.
