This shows the most accurate dramatization of the Waco siege possible. If you think it was "biased," maybe reevaluate what the ATF and FBI (organizations that held significant amounts of institutional power over the Branch Davidians) did to a compound of people who posed little practical threat to those organizations.
Further, if you think that the series didn't spend enough time on Koresh's affairs with underage girls (or if you think the series paints him as a "martyr") go back to fifth grade, since your ability to evaluate media is severely lacking. The series is unequivocal in its assertion that Koresh was not a "good guy," but doesn't shy away from the fact that Koresh's conduct didn't justify the prolonged torture of the compound's members, nor did it justify law enforcement's willful use of flammable chemicals to kill men, women, and children alike.
If it upsets you to learn that the FBI and ATF were unequivocally in the wrong for escalating the situation to violence and purposely conducted mass torture and murder campaign against people who did not deserve to be tortured and burnt to death, then, sorry, not only is this show not for you, reality isn't for you.
