I never watched the movie when it first came out, I never really liked musicals back then. Recently I decided to finally watch it after developing a taste for musicals and I actually liked the movie and the songs a lot, the actors were amazing and there's not much to complain about. However, the one thing I just couldn't get past is the glorification of P.T Barnum. The movie did an excellent job covering up the REAL history of that man and his "attractions", as does the media, painting him as nothing more than an opportunistic entrepreneur trying to rise in the ranks of fame. I truly don't think the movie would have done so well if people actually knew more about him and who he really was. I understand though, Disney wants the dreamlike fairy tale-esque type of movie while downplaying all the not so picture-perfect parts. All in all, it was a good movie, it just bothered me a lot the whole time watching it and I think my review reflects that more than anything.

I honestly love this show and most of the characters, I binged the whole series in less than a week. The earlier seasons were easily the best, but during season 6 it started getting harder to watch. That could be just because I only started watching in the first place because of Mickey (I nearly skipped seasons 6-8 cause he was gone) and I find Debbie completely and utterly intolerable, as well as Fiona at some points. In all honesty I nearly stopped watching because of Debbie too, but Mickey and Ian kept me going. Aside from Debbie the show is pretty amazing and I would absolutely recommend this to people.

Let me start by saying I hate cheesy romantic movies. I hate romance movies in general, but this movie really gave me a change of heart. It is one of the cutest, sweetest movies I've watched. I love the bond that Harry and Sam build, the way it gets broken and then how it gets built back up to something beautiful. I've watched this movie about 7 times since the first time I seen it, and right after this I'm going to watch it again. And let me just say I would cut off my foot for Zach and Stasias relationship, they're wedding was so adorable. And all of this is coming from someone who doesn't particularly like freeform.10/10 I would recommend.
