Show is great but third season they gave the top award to a guy who made the same type of thing 9 times. Minhi rocked the final and I feel Corning gallery certainly will regret not having her piece there. John was derivative of himself and although nice, lacks the artistic ingenuity of John sharvin or Minhi. Considering the judges even commented on his “sameness “ and her growth, they gave the award to the second best glass blower in the competition. Seems men really have a problem when the show points out that this field has been populated predominantly by men, and there’s been a lot of animosity towards women in hotshops. Hope they do better next year, I’ll definitely be watching.
