I have played about 25hrs on a PS4 Pro. I have had only two crashes and seen maybe 3 or 4 glitches. Yes the graphics could definitely be improved but the story is great. Main mission and side quests are fun and engaging. I have not experienced anything game breaking. I will definitely keep playing and once the updates come out it will only get better!!
