It is a research data driven book on leadership. Jim Clifton and Jim Harter have done well to create a book for guiding CEOs, CHROs all Managers as well as Team Leaders on how to improve the business environment by organic growth. It is the Manager and Team Leader's quality that matters. CEOs and CHROs would do well to focus on this lot rather than take a very costly route of acquiring competitors. Highly recommended for all CEOs, CHROs , Managers and Team Leaders.
