When seeing this movie, all I could think about was how badly I wanted to watch the original instead. The greedy motives behind this movie really showed through with painfully awkward dialogue, excessive autotune, and even simple lighting errors. Disney's decision to pump out remake after remake has already ticked me off more than I can describe, but the lack of care that went into this movie was just depressing. I was really amazed that such a powerhouse of a company couldn't correct its amateur mistakes. Save your money and just watch the original Aladdin at home, because there's truly nothing to gain from this soulless cash-grab of a film.
