Solid movie. Good atmosphere and acting. It is not timeless, but it is great for a once-through and better than the vast majority of movies that somehow make it to theaters.

I was disappointed. I don't think the vast majority of viewers wanted to see the relationship struggles of one of the world's greatest conquerors. We wanted to see all the conquest that made Napoleon one of the world's greatest conquerors. Gladiator is and always will be one of my favorite movies, but wow, did Ridley Scott drop the ball with Napoleon. With that said, Napoleon is still better than 90% of what is being released nowadays because it was a good watch (doesn't have replay value though; I don't have interest in watching it again). On the positive side, there are a few (short lived) battles and the movie does a great job of bringing you into the period (wardrobe and acting are great).

Good story. Good execution. Substance. Humor. Something different. Good acting and actors. Mark Wahlberg is hilarious in this movie.

Entertaining, good acting, and good storyline.

Best movie I've seen in theaters for maybe the past decade... which probably says more about how Hollywood has devolved than The Mule, but The Mule is a great movie, nonetheless. It has humor and wholesome takeaways: so naturally, lefty critics rate the movie poorly since it doesn't conform to the left's puritanical belief system. The story is captivating, and the acting feels genuine. A must see.
