I loved this book. I feel as if it tackles a serious topic in a non-glorified way. It follows the life of Miri a girl from Warsaw, Poland. And her life as she survives in the Ghetto. One thing I dislike about this book however is that the moments that you are supposed to connect with Miri.. you don't. There's a lack of tension in the story. Otherwise great book!
