If you like the first, you will like the 2nd. Story arc and good character development, lots of action.

If your going to remake a movie, I couldn't imagine disrespecting the source material by taking away its essence of the dwarves, with their clashing personalities it almost made the movie. Keep original, original if its a remake, and make a totally new movie if your going to butcher it.
