I really like your show but I would really like to know how such professionals dont have the house inspected before you try to sell them. Termite damage or foundation issues etc shouldn't come as a surprise. We bought a house in Arizona and it was inspected for all those things at least twice by different eneties always get your houses inspected and if you tell me you already do. I strongly suggest you get a more reliable inspector
