Despite being a simple animation, it's stands out through witty humour and creative freedom.
It tells a linear story of a family of Italian immigrants, and although the story is difficult, the story telling is beautiful, gentle and at times even sweet.
I wasn't aware of this part of the Italian history, and I'm really glad this story is out there now. Recommend!
