Marcus Miller

This film seems to get some love but i.am unsure why. Very derivative. The setup is kikd of psyco. The villian is a weird take on leatherface. They bundle in some telekinetics just because it was popular at the time. Even the music feels like a mixture of copies of other things. Despite the short run time it just drags. They repeat the same things multiple times. A character is tied up, escapes, gets tied up again, escapes etc. They do the reveal multiple times with different characters etc. For such a short run time they really ran out of ideas here! Even the talking is too slow! Kind of painful - if you have seen the big obvious films it copies there is little to recommend it. Just a alog to finish in the end!

Bad. Old cheesy 80s horror but without the good bits.

The film simply can't escape the silly premise upon which it is built. It feels every bit like the boardroom " How do we cash in on The Omen" conversations it clearly was. One of those rare prequels that is not only bad, it is so bad it negatively effect ls the film it is setting up. Slow and painfully predictable and just never really goes anywhere. One star for atmosphere but even that is strangled by shoddy pacing and clumsy attempts at misdirection. They didn't even have the courage to do what the story demanded of the main character. Don't waste your time on it.

Kind of trash. Interesting enough story but spread paper thin to make three episodes. There was a punchy 908ns here not a three part series.
