If I could give this company zero stars I would.
I placed an order with halo April 6. About a week and a half later I noticed the package finally shipped coming from japan. After finally receiving it you are then required to go through many training videos. Which I actually appreciated. Once I finished the training and buying the cellular plan And finally ready to begin I was told to have my dog wear the collar for 30 min to allow her to get accustomed to the collar. After about 20 min I received a notification saying my collar was no longer in service. Now keep in mind I had charged the battery for two full days. It had never been worn other then that 20 min. I checked my charger that it came with. I checked the outlet. Both working fine. Most people in this situation would be able to call a company and let them know that I had received a defective item. And be able to return and exchange it for a new one. With halo you have to schedule a live video. Which is fine except once I told them my issue there response was I needed to fill out a warranty claim. Wait on someone to review. And then they will decide if I can get a replacement. It’s been over two weeks since I filled that out. I sent a message through there chat which they only respond to about 25% of the time requesting to get a refund. Still haven’t heard back from that. They just keep saying I have to wait 1-2 business days. Aren’t there laws set in place for this? I thought that this would be the answer to all my electronic dense issues and it ended up being a nightmare!!!! Please do not buy from this company!!!!
