The movie makes up or changes way too much. If you’re into historical realism, I’ll put it to you like this, compared to this movie, the Patriot is a documentary. It skimmed over interesting stuff. It spent way too much time on the relationship between Josephine and Napoleon. The pacing was god awful and the plot goes no where. Worst of all, it barely depicts any battle scenes. It’s like making a movie about Hershey and not talking about the chocolate. It’s mediocre at best.
