Went to Pret on Monroe today. Ordered Tuna sandwich, a wrap and a large veggie soup. All was good until i found a large plastic piece in my soup. Tried to call Pret but no answer. Was disgusting to find that. I always go to Pret when in England I absolutely love this coffee shop and the food is great but it is so disappointing here. I would like a refund on my order as I was grossed out and had to get something else.
