Alright, here's the deal. It's not accurate historically or biologically. However, this movie is an absolute blast. My wife and I watch this every year on Thanksgiving, and somehow its better each year.
The movie is completely upfront about its inaccuracies (seriously, who would really care about accuracy in an animated talking turkey movie) but it's full of jokes worthy of a yearly viewing. Honestly, I love it and I think anyone can find an hour and a half to enjoy it. Kids or not, this is straight up good fun and worth your time.
Honestly ask yourself, how many Thanksgiving movies are there? Your choices are limited, and you can do way worse than this.
