I read this book at least a couple of decades ago but have just been asked for a review, so this review is from a distant memory. I've been on at least two of Brandon Bays therapy courses, and I highly recommend them. This book describes her own experience including that of her substantial cancer, and how she came up with her own therapeutic model to resolve it. If you're thinking about going on one of her courses, this book is a good place to start, but not necessary. Importantly, it implies at least in some cases a different philosophical approach to addressing physiological diseases as well as psychological issues and you will begin to understand limitations in the orthodox medical model.
