13'th Doc's outlook on morality fits in nicely with all of the previous ones, and is a nice call-back in her teaching moments to how the series began with the 1st. I like that her crew has clearly been learning from her via actual lessons on how to read screens in the TARDIS and how to interact with alien tech. They all feel like they are valued by her as part of her crew rather than pets kept around to keep the Doctor sane as with some of the recent (equally beloved) regenerations. They're doing a great job.
