The star is for the beautiful scenery and horses as for the movie…it totally sucked. One of the worst movies I’ve seen since “Nomad” last year. Hollywood must be doing some serious drugs these days to think this movie was good. I’m very disappointed that this was the work of Jane Champion since I thought “The Piano” was an outstanding work of art.
