I love the show. Usually every show the restaurants are filthy. It’s amazing the transformation he does. The one thing they always forget to clean, are the doors. When they reveal the restaurant to the owners they often show the dirty doors. That’s the first and the last thing a customer sees when they visit. Do you want to eat after you have to touch the disgusting handles, I don’t think so.
