The movie was absolutely ridiculous. Everyone in the comments is talking about Russel Crowe’s acting, but the movie itself was trash. I’m sorry, but there are so many gaps that could have been easily solved. I understand it’s a movie and needs a storyline, but come on, they could’ve tried a little harder and put some actual thought into, or the main character is just really dumb. She had plenty of times to go to the police, ask anyone near her for help, call her family and warn them ahead. So much stuff that happened in the movie could have been easily prevented. And oh my gosh she moved so slow! Like girl, what are you doing? You’re life is in danger! The movie pretty much just told me that the woman was stupid and her son was smarter than her. But it wasn’t just her, when he killed her lawyer/best friend Andy, why did NO ONE help him? They witnessed a man get beat up and then murdered 10ft away from them and all they’re doing is filming??? No one initially called the cops or chased him outside? Like that isn’t normal. The movie was not realistic. I will admit that the concept of the movie was good. I understand what the writers were trying to do. I understand they were trying to instill a new fear into the mind of the audience, but please put a little more thought into the movie.
