While the story is compelling and plays out well, the fight between Darth Caedus and Luke Skywalker was utterly disappointing and hogwash. It's as if Denning doesn't know know how to write a fight scene. Denning fails to realize how skilled Jacen had become and even then he kept giving an edge to Luke. I know the latter is more experienced and skilled but Caedus is no slouch. My message to Denning is that fans can write that scene better. I, myself can write the scene better than you. Caedus who was a master of Niman but there is nothing about any lightsaber fight. And Denning treats Caedus like someone afraid to face Skywalker. Pfft. Give me a break.
