This show must end now. Story line doesn't make sense at all. Dragging characters especially Meredith. Shondaland lost it. Poor thing. I miss those old days where the original M.A.G.I.C team are all there. Missing Derek, Callie, Arizona & Mark.

I will give an overall 5 Starts definitely!! 1 Star to Season 3 Episode 12 "Things Fall Apart". This particular episode has been a disappointment at all levels. Common sense gone from ten to none! Imagine, the Medical Director tried to make a solution on his own about a broken pipe (hazardous chemicals), first dumb mistake of Max, when he thought he can use his sweaters to stop the leaking valve! Whaaat??!!! And then at the ER, few patients have indicated already of chemical poisoning, made a good call/protocol for decontamination bath, when Lauren noticed her symptoms, she ignored it, and the rest is history! I mean, where is the common sense, Dr. Bloom? Go back to your exiting plots and character development please...... Thank you.

Dark. Poor story line and character development. I mean, the three ladies here doesn't know how to use common sense. Recklessly naive. Sorry I have endured up until Season 3 Episode 3, where they have connived with an EX-CON pretending she (Beth) can be 'D" boss, ending up to a mess once again. Hats off to Rio's character (whoever is in charge in developing his character is). Peace!
