This show is explaining some things to me. Millions of Americans aren't very knowledgeable and don't seem to realize that. Why would you go on a quiz show if you don't know whether a whale is a mammal,whether Abraham Lincoln was a president ,whether the west coast is west of the Mississippi, whether Ireland is a city or a country? Meanwhile ,they are out there voting without any knowledge of history politics geography. There seems to be lack of logic that is becoming epidemic. Republicans are SO happy that this is the case

Why, oh why,can't they say at the start of the show -‐-"for purposes of simplicity, y will always be considered a consonant "?
