Presthaven sands - Rhyl We visited with our family in may, we have been going to haven for over ten years and this presthaven site is the worst one we have visited due to the security team. The security guard was swearing at our kids for blowing bubbles and punching the door in anger, after we left the Venue he followed our family out and started to kick off in my husband infront of the kids We addressed this with haven and was promised a refund due to the traumatic experience, 2 months later haven are still refusing my refund even though I have a text message from the facility’s manager promising me it was on its way This site has ruined my expectations from haven and the way haven have dealt with my complaint has been very poor, sadly due to this we will not return to haven again We are awaiting cctv from haven to escalate this further as they will not address or answer any emails sent I would advise anyone going to this site to be cautious of the security guards any time of day/night . This incident happened at 7.20pm we left the venue with very upset kids
