My Father enjoyed westerns. He passed 23 years ago. He would have liked Lawmen: Bass Reeves and the earnestness of the character. Watching this series reminds me of my Dad and a lot of great memories. Very good acting and writing. Being from NE Oklahoma, I have an interest in our state's history before statehood. The series does not disappoint.
