I thought I'd mistakenly switched to a mobile phone advert, instead of the latest sci-fi adventure when I started watching this on netflix. Never knew calling friends and family at home was so easy from "deep space" until I saw this show. Unfortunately due to this, most of the drama for this series takes place on earth, rather than focusing what would be the biggest quest in human history. I don't think the shows writers or producers ever bothered in speaking to experts at NASA or astro physics, when researching this show. A wasted opportunity by Netflix, of what could have been a gripping space drama, with a strong female lead. I'm already praying they don't commission a 2nd series of this nonsense.
