I don’t watch Judge Judy. I found her abrasive, bossy, and totally devoid of common etiquette practice…constantly cutting people off. There’s a way to do that without being rude. Today, my husband left the tv on and I came into the house, hands full, phone ringing…so I couldn’t turn it off. Three times I heard Judge Judy tell the plaintiff and defendants to raise their “paws.” She’s basically calling them animals. Additionally, friends of mine who watch this show tell me in her treatment of minorities, she never speaks in this manner. People are people and regardless of their infractions, there’s no reason to talk down to them. Shame on her and the producers.
