This is NOT a truestory, despite being advertised as one, but regardless, it's clear it's a book using loose connections to real events that have been amplified and exaggerated to be extremely grotesque and nauseating, for the sole purpose of using fear to keep teens away from drugs. This book may help some stay clear of the wrong path, but it's also just as capable of doing harm through poor representation of mental illness and addiction.
