I think he is a complete and total over exaggerated rip off artist that any contractor would agree to. He is worse then the original contractor. Plus anyone watching this show yuh out dont need a $6000 steel beam for support. 3 or 4 2x12 is plenty strong enough to hold up a 10 story building.
