Tedious Egg tossing, bland levels, nice looking levels but the game play is very basic. If you have played literally any other Yoshi game, except topsy turvy, stay with that one as this one has no challenge at all.The egg tossing is slow, bordering on playing a console version of a point and click only with a ball and chain attached. The music is poor in general. A far cry from Wooly wordl before it which is on 3ds and 30 dollars or even more cheaper. The game overall is technically fine, but is so monotonous that all you do is play through very simple levels with just a bunch of collectibles (some having 10 smileys which are the currency) very lazily slapped around in levels. Tedium is all I can truly feel as the game as an attempt to add "replayabilty" is just adding missions where you go in reverse to get the poochy pups. Nothing special, just backwards and collecting the pups in a very generous timelimit. I would easily recommend Yoshi Island original or on the snes classic, Yoshi Wooly world, and even Yoshi new island. All three have far more compelling level design and gameplay that is worth your money easily.

An amazingly fun game, honestly wooly world should have gone to switch in my opinion. The game has such fun personality with the enemies, songs, style, and yoshi is freaking adorable. All he needs now is a skin to let him have baby mario only minus his crying and it would be perfectly cute.
